The islands provide camping opportunities of all kinds. Here is some general information regarding main camping areas. See also parks section in Things to do and our handy reference map for general locations.

Camping on Camano is available at Camano Island State Park. The park offers 88 individual camping sites in addition to a group site with 12 individual sites that will accommodate up to 180 people.

Deception Pass State Park offers numerous tent & RV camp sites. Dump Station. Group building available. State parks pass or fee.

Ducken Road off Highway 20 has a privately operated camping and RV parks. Fee.

City Beach Park in Oak Harbor offers full service camp grounds, in-town location, primarily RV camping. Dump station. Fee.

Fort Ebey State Park provides numerous tent & RV camp sites. State parks pass or fee.

Fort Casey State Park provides limited tent & RV camp sites. State parks pass or fee.

Rhododendron County Park has eight rustic camp sites. No fee. Five day limit.

South Whidbey State Park has numerous tent & RV camp sites. Dump station. Large group site available by reservation. State parks pass or fee.

Mutiny Bay Resort privately operated tent and RV camping. Fee.

Island County Fairgrounds in Langley has tent and RV campsites in-town location. Some electrical hook ups. Fee.
